What type of tractor is this?

Last Fall I was traveling through a small town in Maine. Not sure what the name of the town was, it was that small. LOL  If memory serves me correctly it only had a store/gas station, a post office, fire department and this GreenHouse where I saw this tractor all painted up setting by the road.

I know the sign in the background says WISWELL. I don't know if that is the name of the town or if that is just the name of the greenhouse.

I'll be honest, I've never seen a tractor like it. I'm not one to go to museums or look at old magazines about tractors. Call me ignorant, but I always figured tractors always had rubber tires. I figured before that, it was just  a couple of work horses pulling a plow through the field.(you know, like on those old shows like Little House on the Prairie.)

Now, I don't know if the grey paint is the original color or not. or the red painted iron rims for that matter. Steel bladed paddle wheels on the back is genius. I bet that beats rubber tires with tire chains any day. The over all concept of this tractor looks simple enough. It doesn't have all the extra accessories of the tractors you see today out in the fields, or on display at the local Mall.

If you recognize what type of tractor this is, please feel free to let me know in the comment section below.

Even if your not sure and you are interested to know yourself, let me know in the comments below.  When I find out, I'll post it here so we all know.
